I launched my career as EXHIBITOR Magazine's national sales manager, maintaining account responsibilities while hiring and training new sales reps, setting and achieving goals, and initiating new advertising products like the Buyer's Guide.

In 1997, I was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing, based on my success in leading my team to exceed goals year over year and the fact that our advertising and sponsorship revenue exceeded the combined total revenue of our top three competitors. With that promotion came the responsibility of developing and launching Exhibitor's web presence, ExhibitorOnline.com. 

Another promotion, Vice President of Publishing, followed in 1999 when I took over the strategic planning and sales for all Exhibitor Media Group's products, including EXHIBITORLIVE’s sponsorship sales, posting a 1000% increase within one year and a 113% circulation growth in that same year.
Eleven years later, in 2010, I was named Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), developing a unified audience database, launching a new digital platform, and maintaining a stringent BPA Audit Certification. Based on audience data, this strict measurement led to the recognition of EXHIBITORLIVE as one of “America's Top Ten Buying Shows.”
